TAIS AGRSEME~T, made and entered into this ~f day of
December. 1964, by.and between JOSEPH P. FUSCO, of Fort Lauderdale,
3roward County, Florida, bereinafter called the 8usband, and
DOROTHY 8. FUSCO, of Fort Lauderdale, Braward County, Florida,
hereinafter called the tRife. '
W I T N E S S 8 T Fi:
h'HEREAS, the abovesaid parties were duly married on or
about the 20th day of Pebruary, 1959, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
and have heretofore lived together as.man and wife; and,
WHEREAS, there have beeri no children born as a result of

~ this marriage of said parties, and,
~ WIiEREAS, unhappy differences have arisen between the said
~ parties by ~eason whereof they have consented and agreed, and do
~ hereby consent and aqree, to live separate and apart from each

~ other during their natural lives; and,
~ k~iEREAS, the said parties are desirous of enterinq into an
agreem~nt under whic2~ they may hereafter live separate and apart
~ during their natural lives, and under which fair and reasonable

~ provision shall be made for property division on behalf of the
