That neit2~er party hereto shall, in any maruier, annoy,
molest or otherwise interfere with, the other party hereto, in his,
or her, person, or business, nor shall either party hereto at any
time, institute, or cause to be instituted, any action, proceedinq
or suit to compel tbe other party hereto to cohabit with him, or her,
nor shall either party hezeto sue in any action for separation or
for livinq separate and apart froa~ the other party hereto.

That in the event that a~y divorce or other action ahall be
brought by either of the parties bereto against the other, the
provisions of this Aqreement shall govern all allawances for alimony, 5

~ separate maintenance, property division, and shall be in complete
~ arid absolute satisfaction of any claim or right of the wife against
the husband for such alimoay, separate taai~ntenance, allawarice. or
~ property division.

The respective parties hereby acknawledge that eacU has
~ employed their separate attorneys to advise them concerninq the . r

~ matters herein contained, and to advise and direct them and

rn nec~otiate for ttiem in the makinq of this Aqreement, and eacb of the
~ respective partfes acknowledge and aqree that after such connsellinq
with tbeir respective attorneys, that pravisions of this Aqreement
are reasonable and entirely acceptable to both.
