in pursuance of a contract with American Homes and Mortgage
Company,~a Florida corporation,~ 201 South 2nd Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida,'he erected improvements on the hereinafter
described properties in the hereinafter set~out amounts pur-
suant to a contract dated approximately October 1, 1972~ wherein
he~was to perform labor, provide services, provide materials
~nd ~h~~e in the profits of the s81e of said improvements on the
ere n ter descr3bed items:

1. On,~ob B-202 he built a duplea on Lot 13 of Block 167,
'of Unit 12A located in Lakewood Park Subdivision,
wherein he expended labor, provided services, provided
materials and Mas to share in the prof~ts in the amount
of approximately ~6,000.00, upon which labor Nas
last performed on January 15, 197~ 8nd which was owned
by the said American Homes and Mortgage Company.
2. On ~ob B-206 he built a home on Lot 13 Block 46 of
Unit 5 of Lakexood Park Subdivision, wherein he
expended labor, provided services, provided materials
and was to share,in the profits in the amount of approx-
imately #4,630.00, upon which labor Nss last performed
on January 23, 1974, and which was oNned by the safd
American Homes and Mortgage Company.
3. On ~ob B-207 he built a home on'Lot 3 of Block 105, of
Unit 9 of Lakewood Park Subdivision wherein he expended
labor, provided services, provided materials and was
to share in the profits in the amount of approximately
; $4,930.00, and Nhich was oxned by the said American
l Homes and Mortgage Company, labor last performed on Octo er
; 28, 1973.

~ Unit 9 of Lakewood Park Subdivision wherein he expended
~ labor, provided services, provided materials and was
~ to share in the profits in the amount of' approximately

~ Homes and Mortgage Company, labor last performed on Octo er
~ ~ 28, 1973.

I materials and was to share in the profits in the amount

said American Homes and M tgage Company, labor last
