TIiIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the
sworn petition of BER?JECE i~tAILI.ARO for tlie removal of
the 3isabilities of nonaqe af Debra Sue Greis, a minor
of tlie age of 17 years, and the Court having considered
the rnerits of said petitzon, together with evidence
~ presented before it as to the character, habits ,
e3ucation and mental capacity of the minor ,$nd the Court

i being satisfied that the removal of the disabilities
i o~ nonac~e would be in the permanent interest and benefit
of tne minor, it is,
