ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
- THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on December 17, "I973, on the
wife's Motion for Contempt Order and Notice of Hearing; and the
Court having heard testiinony of both parties; both parties being
represented by counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises,

~ It is therefore, ORDERED as follows:

s 1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, William
~ ~

i Walter Kendall, is in arrears in his payments pursuant to the terms ~

~ of the Final Judgment entered by this Court on November 15, 1972,
~

~ in failing to pay child support in a total sum in arrears of $480.00.
~

y 2. ~The Husband, William'Walter Kendall, is hereby held in

~ contempt of this Court and he may purge himself of contempt by paying
~
to the Clerk of this Court on Friday, January J", ~1974, and
~ .
~ on each Friday of each week thereafter, the regular support payment

of $20.00 per week plus $5.00 per week on the arrearage of $480.00

'la= until the total arrearage is satisfied, together with $1.00 as
_ Clerk's fee for.each weekly installment payment, making a total

weekly payment of $26.00.
