THIS WARRANTY OEED made the ~ day of January, 1974, by STEWART B.
IGLEHART and LINDA P. IGLEHART, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to
MARC ENGELER, Boston, Massachusetts, DON S. GREER, West Hyannisport, Massachusetts,
and ARTHUR D. PINKHAM, JR., New York, New York, now constituting the Christian
Science Trustees for Gifts and Endowments, under Deed of Trust from James A. Neal,
et al, dated June 4, 1926, with amendments thereto duly recorded at the Registry
of Deeds ~f Suffolk County, Massachusetts, hereinafter called the Trustees, and any
Successors appointed by The Christian Science 8oard of Directors of The Mother
Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Boston, Massachusetts, whose
postoffice address is Christian Science Center, Boston, Massachusetts 02115, here-
inafter called the grantee:

to this instrument, and the heirs, legal representa~ives and assigns of indivi-
duals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)
W I T N E S S E T N: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby yrants, bargains, sells, aliens; remises, releases, conveys and confirms u~to
the grantee all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
~ Comnencing at the southwest corner of Section 10 in Township
37 South, Range 37 East in St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence
N Oo - 25' E with the west line of said Section 10 a distance of
2,496.0 feet to an intersection with the center line of Bluefields
~c~~ Road (a county road) run thence S 22° - 13' - 30" E with said
~ center line a distance of 639.68 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Run thence S 22~ - 13' - 30" E a distance of 515.12 feet with the
center line of said Bluefields Road, to a point; run thence S 35°
36' - 50" E with said center line of Bluefields Road a distance of
3,204.85 feet to a point which is also an intersection with the pro-
o perty line of land presently owned by Mr. Philip Iglehart; run
