It is the intent of the grantor to vest an undivided 45% interest in the above
described property in 4TIS P. CLEMONS, an undivided 45~ interest in the above des-
cribed property in C. W. BAILEY, and an undivided 10% interest in the above des-
cribed property in JAMES R. FOWLER.
THIS DEED IS GIVEN SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
(1) Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease to She1i Oil Company, dated June 17, 1971, recorded
in 0. R. Book 195, page 2401, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
