All that part of Sections 4 and 5, Township 37 South, Range 37 East, lying
West and South of the following described line: -
Commence at a concrete monument in the north line of Section 5, which is
2,640 feet westward of the northeast corner of said Section 5, turn an angle
of 90~ to the south from said north line and run thence southward a distance
of 2,804.5 feet to a concrete monument; turn a 90° angle to the left and run
eastward a distance of 4,119.1 feet to a concrete monument; turn an angle of ,
21° - 21' - 40" to the left and run northeastward a distance of 1,126.8 feet
to a concrete monument; continue thence on the same course a distance of 40.37
feet to an intersection with the center line of Bluefields Road; thence turn
an angle of 970 - 43' - 55" to the right and run southeastward a distance of
200 feet, plus or minus, on the center line of said Road to a point which is a
P.I. on the Road center line; at said P.I. turn an angle of 5~ - 59'-45" to
the left and run thence southeastward with the center line of Bluefields Road
a distance of 2,830.33 feet to a point which is a P.I. on said Road center line;
at said P.I. turn an angle of 10° - 23' -35" to the left and run thence with said
Road center line a distance of 245~.41 feet to an intersection with the south line
of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 37 East; and containing 685.0 acres, more
or less. LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described tract, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 4, run South 89 degrees 54
minutes West along the South line of said Section a distance of 2413.85 feet to
a point in the South line of said Section 4; thence run North 0 degrees 06 minutes
East, a distance of 342.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence run North 0 degrees
~ 06 minutes East, 178 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 54 minutes East, 96 feet;
thence run North 54 degrees 06 minutes East, a distartce of 501.55 feet, more or
less, to the West right of way line of Bluefield Road; thence run South 20 degrees
10 minutes East, along the West right of way line of Bluefield Road, a distance of
93.50 feet; thence run South 54 degrees 06 minutes West 458.65 feet; thence run
South 0 degrees 06 minutes West 115.55 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 54 minutes
West 163 feet to the point of beginning.
And the following parcel of land:
All that part of Sections 9, 10, 15, and 16 lying west and north of the following
described line: '
Comnencing at the intersection of the center line of Bluefields Road with the
south line of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 37 East, run thence southeast-
ward with the center line of said Road a distance of 2,196.49 feet to a point
which is a P.I. on said center line; at said P.I. turn an angle of 8° - 20' -
35" to the right and run thence with ~he center line of said Road a distance
Of 990.68 feet to an intersection with the west line of Section 10, Township 37
South, Range 37 East; continue thence in a straight line with the center line
of said Road a distance of 197.32 feet to a point which is an intersection of
the center line of a private road runninq easterly therefrom (Marsh Road); at -
s~id point turn an angle of 84~ - 04' 30' to the left and run thence easterly
with the center line of said private road a distance of 1,646.5 feet to a point;
at said point turn an angle of 75~ - 33' 43" to the right and run thence south-
easterly with a line which is the boundary line between property owned by Sicig
Corp. to the west and Evans Properties, Inc. to the east, a distance of 3,214.75
feet to a point which is an intersection with the south line of Section 10; con-
tinue thence in a straight line a distance of 511.6 feet to a point which is a
common corner between properties presently owned by Mr. Philip Iglehart, Sicig
Corp. and Evans Properties, Inc.; at said point turn an angle of 89~ - 50' 11"
to the right and run thence southwesterly with the boundary line between properties
owned by Mr. Philip Iglehart and Sicig Corp. a distance of 1,463.0 feet, plus or
minus, to an intersection with the center line of Bluefields Road; continue thence
in a straight line southwesterly with the boundary line between property owned by
Mr. Philip Iglehart and Mr. Stewart Iglehart a distance of 2,727.4 feet to an
intersection with the west line of Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 37 East;
continue thence in a straight line a distance of 5,382.1 feet to an intersection
with the South line of Section 16, Township 37 South, Range 37 East; run thence
westward with sai~ south line of Section 16 to the Southwest corner of said
Section 16; and containing 1,353.1 acres, more or less. " .
