Commencing at the southwest corner of Section 10 in Township 37 South of Range
37 East in St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence N 0° - 25' E with the west line
of said Section 10 a distance of 2,496.0 feet to an intersection with the center
line of Bluefields Road (a county road) run thence S 22~ - 13' - 30" E with said
center line a distance of 639.68 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Run thence S 22° - 13' - 30" E a distanc of 515.12 feet with the center line of
said Bluefields Road, to a point; run the ce S 35° - 36'-50" E with said center
line of Bluefields Road a distance of 3,2 4.85 feet to a point which is also an
intersection with the property line of land presently owned by Mr. Philip Iglehart;
run thence S 590 - 06' - 10" W with said property line a distance of 2,776.4 feet to
a concrete monument; run thence N 35° 34' S0" W a distance of 3,508.9 feet to a
concrete mo~ument; run thence N 540 - 35' - 50" E a distance of 2,776.4 feet to a
concrete monument; run thence N 65° - 28' - 50" E a distance of 110.05 feet to an
intersection with the center line of Bluefields Road, which intersection is the
' Point of Beginning; and containing 231.4 acres, more or less.

12, 1959, and recorded in Deed Book 249 at page 246 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and ALSO LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following
described tract, to-wit:

06 minutes East, 178 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 54 minutes East, 96 feet;
thence run North 54 degrees 06 minutes East, a distance of 501.55 feet, more or •
less, to the West right of way line of Bluefield Road; thence run South 20 degrees
10 minutes East, along the West right of way line of Bluefield Road, a distance of
93.50 feet; thence run South 54 degrees 06 minutes West 458.65 feet; thence run
South 0 degrees 06 minutes West 115.55 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 54 minutes
West 163 feet to the point of beginning.
