LIVESTOCK Livestock may be kept or maintained on any lot or tract subject to the A-1 (agriculture) zoning af the Saint Lucie County zoning ordinances now or hereafter validiy enacted. The use of the PONY PINES SLBDIVISION is design- ed to protect and allow such endeavor. 7. GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL No lot or tract shall be used or maintained as a dump- ing ~round for refuse or trash. Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers with a tight fitting cover. All incinerators or other equipment for the storage .or disposal of such materia 1 shall be keFt in a clean and sanitary conditiori. AlI lot or tract awners or occupants shall be required to use a garbage col2ection service that collects garbage and trash at least twice (2j per week and to pay any reasonable charges which may be made for such collection service. 8. SEWAGE DISPOSAL ~ No individual sewage disposal system shall be permitted - on any l,ot or tract unless such system is designed, located and constru~ted in accordance with the requirements, stan- - dards, and recommendations of Saint Lucie County and the Florida State Health Department. Approval of such system as installed shall be obtained from the appropriate a~thor- ity. 9. TEMPORARY HOME USE DURING CONSTRUCTION During the period of construction of a residence but not to exceed six (6) months, a travel trailer, camper, or , motor home may be placed on a lot or tract subject to the prior approval of the PONY PINES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCi- ATION, INC, and the zoning regulations of Saint Lucie County, Florida. ' 10. OBSTRUCTIONS No fence, wall, bridge, trees, shrubs, or other ob- structions shall be permitted or maintained that obstruct . vision withi.n ten (10) feet of any street intersection. ~ 11. FILLING OR DREDGING No filling, dredging, bulk heading, or seawall con- struction shall be permitted or maintained without the - prior approval of tlie PONY PINES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCI- ATION, INC. and all necessary permits have been obtained ' from the proper governmental authorities. 12. USE OF LAKES AND CANALS ' Any use of lakes and canals is at the risk of the person so using. 13.
