mise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Being a parcel of land lying in Block 32, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIV-
ISION, UNIT N0. 4, according to plat thereof filed in Plat Book
11, Page 2, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; the
boundary of said parcel being more particularly described as
