MEMORt1NllUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT
lhis Memorandum of Lease Agreement, made this S~~ day of
January, 1974, by and between W. T. WARREN and HELEN H. WARREN,
his wife, and WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC. OF FORT PIERCE.
WITNESSETH:
Wt-IEREAS, the undersigned are Lessee and Lessors under_that
certain Lease Agreement dated January 1974, the purpose of which
is to lease certain property locateci in S~ Lucie County, Florida described
as fol~ows :
The North 50 feet of the South 110 feet of l.jot 11,
Block 1 and the North 50 feet of the South 110 feet
' of the West 30 feet of Lot 12, Block 1, all of Aaron
_ Lee`s Map of the City of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce,
~ Florida, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1,
. page 189, of the public records of S~ Lucie County,
Florida; and ALSO:
Lot 2 and the North 90 feet of Lot 11, together with
the West 30 feet of Lot 1, and the West 30 feet of the
North 90 feet of Lot 12, all in Block "I", in the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, as per Aaron Leets Map of
Fort Pierce, on file in Plat Book 1, page 189, public ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. . _
WE~EREAS, the parties desire, b}~ this Agreement, to record a .
Memorandum of the Lease Agreement; ~
NO~'V, THERLFORE, in consideration of all the rnutual covenants
and conditions contained in said Lease the undersigned acknowledge and
agree as follows:
(1) Tl~.tthe term of saidLease shall be for a term of ten (l0~years
to commence on the day of W~Q 1974, and to terininate
on tlie s~L~ day of , 198~ those dates inciusive.
(2) That the purpose and scope of said Lease shall be used and
occupied solely for the purpose of conducting a dr.y-cleaning and laundry
business, including uniform rental, and for no other purpose without the
written consent of the Lessors, and shall not be used or occupied in any
