MORTGAGE EXT~NSION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, MICHAEL 8. KANE, III, single, and BRUCE P.
CENTER and SHERRON P. CENTER, his•wife, did on October 9, 1973, ~
execute a mortgage to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF FORT PIERCE to 'secure and indebtedness evidenced by a promissory
note in the amount of $220,000.00 which mortgage, with a copy of ~
said promissory note being a part thereof, was recorded in O. R.
Book 195 at page 2139 of the public records of St. Lucie County, •
Florida; and encumbered a certain parcel of land in Block 32 of
Pinewood Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 5, page ~
24, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said mortgage together with the promissory note
secured thereby was thereafter assigned~to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY by Assignment of Mortgage executed October 24, 1973 and
recorded in O. R. Book 220, page 469, public records of St. Lucie
. County, Florida; and .
~ WHEREAS, the parties hereto have agreed to extend the terms ~
' of payment of the promissory note secured by said mortgage in the
. manner hereinafter set forth; ' '
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $1.0~0, each
to the other in hand paid, it is understood and agreed by and between
the Mortgagors and Sun Bank of St. Lucie County that the principal
sum of $220,000.00 with interst from October 9, 1973 at the rate
of 9.75$ per annum, shall be payable by Mortgagors to the order of
said bank in monthly installments as follows:
$2,087.00 on the 20th day of April, 1974, and a like sum
on the corresponding day of each month thereafter until the whole
be fully paid. '
IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this Extension
Agreement shall not be deemed to modify or amend said mortgage or

the promissory note secured thereby except as specifically next '

above set forth, and the Mortgagors hereby ratify and confirm the
said mortgage and promissory note as modified and amended.
