the Answer of the Defendant, JACK REITINGER, and the Answer of the
Defendants, HJALMAR LUOMA, JR., and ALICE P. LUOMA, his wife, and
j RICHARD E. LUOMA, a single adult, and the Court having heard and

~ considered the testimony and other evidence introduced by the res-
pective parties, in the trial of said cause, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: -
1. That the equities are with the Plaintif~f, MAMIE J.
LUOMA, and against the Defendant, JACK REITINGER, upon the issues
between them herein;
2. That the equities are with the Defendants, H. HJALMAR
, LUOMA, JR., and ALICE P. LUOMA,-his wife, and RICHARD E. LUOMA, a
single adult, and against the Plaintiff, MAMIE J. LUOMA, upon the

3. That the Defendant, JACK REITINGER, is guilty of fraud
and coercion against the Plaintiff, MAMIE J. LUOMA, who by reason of
