THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this 25th day of January,
I974, upon the Motion of the State of Florida, Department of
Pollution Control, for continuation of the final hearing in the
above styled case from February 19, 1974, until or after April 8,
1974, and the Court having considered said motion and the arguments
of counsel and the Defendants, through their counsel, havir~g
objected to any further continuance and it appearing to the Court
that thi~ case was originally filed on November 2, 1973, and has ~

~ been at issue since November 23, 1973, and having once before been
continued by stipulation and the present trial date of February 19,
1974, having been set from December 17, 1973, and it appearing that
the Plaintiff has had adequate time to prepare for trial, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUD~EB that Plaintiff's Motion for Continuance
be and the same is hereby denied.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
