same is hereby denied and the said Peter P, Baljet ,
is hereby directed to appear for the taking of his
, oral deposition at the St. Lucie County Court House,
Fort Pierce, Florida, or at such other place as may
be mutually agreed to by the parties on either
January 29, 1974, or January 31, 1974, at such time
as may be mutually agreed to by the parties. The
said Peter P. Baljet, at the time of taking of his
deposition, is to have with him all-reports and
_ analysis made by the Department of Pollution Control
on Defendants' property, or adjacent properties thereto,
concerning the pollution of any waters l~ocated thereon;
and any reports or analysis concerning the human,
animal, acquatic or plant life in these areas that
will be used by the Department of Pollution Control
at the trial of this cause on February 19th and 20th,
1974. The report or analysis required to be produced

I by this order should be those acquired from November 5,
1973, to the date of said deposition. Any such report
-or analysis acquired ]~y the Department of Pollution
Control subsequent to the taking of Mr. Baljet's
deposition shovld be provided by him to Defendants'
Attorney on or before Friday, February 15, 1974. Any
. such reports or analysis acquired by the Department
of Pollution Control which are not made available
;
to Defendants' Attorney on or before Friday,
February 15, 1974, wiil not, except for'gaod cause
shown, be admissible at the trial of this cause.
