JOHN ROBERT MIDDLEMAS; and GEORGE RUPPEL, be and the
same is hereby granted in part in that the said individuals
will not be required to appear for oral depositions in
Fort Pierce, Florida, as requested by Defendants. In ~
lieu of oral depositions of these individuals, Defendants
- may submit to each of these individuals written inter-
rogatories; said interrogatories should be filed on or
before February 1. 1974, with copies of said interrogatories
mailed to the individual interrogated and to the attorneys
~ for Plaintiff. Each of said individuals receiving
written interrogatories from the Defendants shall file
~ his or her writt~n ~answers under oath on or before
' February 13, 1974, with copies mailed to the Defendants'

Attorney. If any of the said individuals receiving
interrogatories neglects or fails to adequately•and
fully answer said written interrogatories, the Defendants,

upon motion to the Court,~ may request the Court to
require the personal attendance of said individuals
in Fort Pierce, to orally answer said interrogatories
before a Court Reporter.
