in St. Lucie County, Florida, which is described herein, and does hereby
dedicate said property to D. J. }iELLER, his heirs, successor and assigns, ~
for the perpetual use of an easement for ingress and egress, over, 4
across, under and upon said property. Said property is more particularly
described on Schedule "A", which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof. This dedication is made for $10.00 and other good and valuable •
