That the said party of the'first part, for and in consideration of the lovc and

SUBJECT, NOIJEVER, to that certain mortqage deed dated Feb~uary 19, 1969 from
Wilbur A. Markham and Mamie L. Markham, his wife, as Mbrtgagors in favor of
John J. 0'Co~no~ and Mary M. 0'Connor, his wife, the unpaid balance an which
obligation is the sum of $16,500.00 with interest paid to February 15, 1974
~ and which mortgage the G~antee, by the acceptance of this deed, dces hereby
i assume and agree to pay accordinq to the terms thereof. ~

land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomscever
