gave a mortgage to the JENSBN BEACH BANK, a Florida banking cor-
poration, said mortgage being dated June 5,~1973, and recorded ia
~ Official Records Book 214, Page 2844, St. Lucie County, Florida,

WHER~AS, said mortgage was securing a note of ev~en date

in the amount of $172,500.00 payable on or before six months from

WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time
for payment under said note. .
