The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoinq Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknor+ledqes receipt of copies of the
Declaration of Condomi.nium described above, includinq the provisions of all of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Gra~ntee does
further hereby ratify, confina and approve all of said provisions (including the `
WINDMILL VZLI.AGS BY T~ SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official
Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of wINDM2LL VILLAGE BY THS SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION. INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in mt?king :
and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee aqrees to be bound by all of said provisionss i
the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonable, fair and ;
equitable; the Grantee hereby fmpresses a lien upon the land and real_property described '
above, as security for his obliqations. as described in said Declaration of Condominium ~
and its exhibitst and the Grantee acknawledqes and agrees that said Declaration of ~
Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee t
contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements concerninq the purchase
by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
