In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall intlude the feminine and
nauter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon tha ~espettive
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and sssigns of tha Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
