FOR AND IN CONSIDER~ION of the sum of Ten and No/100 ~
Dollars ($10.00) cash in hand paid and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, HENRIETTA w'ILSON and ROBERT W. WILSON, JR., her
husband, do hereby convey to MIC~IAEL R. SEDOR, a single man, of
106 Bamboo Road, Palm Beach Shores, Florida 33404, the real prop-
erty situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
The North 180 feet of the South 960 feet of
Government Lats 3 and 4 in Fractional Sec-
tion 32, Township 35 South, Range 41 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; o~therwise de-
scribed as: The North 180 feet of the South
2280 feet of Fractional Section 32, Township
~ 3S South, Range 41 East, and bounded on the~
Eas~t by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and
on the West by the waters of the Indian River; ~
together with all littoral-and riparian rights
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining;
subject, however, to the reservation by the
State of Florida in that certain deed recorded
in Deed Book 53, page 367, St. Lucie County,
Florida public records; and restrictions,
easements, and zoning regulations of record;

lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property are vested
in the grantors,-and that the grantors hereby fully warrant the
