without warranty as to the fitness for use of the equipment

' sold and transferred hereunder and there is excepted herefrom
~ and reserved by Seller~any and all trademark items and

identifica~ion signs, if any remain and exist on the premises,

and the right to enter upon the preraises within ninety (90)
days from the date hereof and to remove such iteias and signs
; without liability to Purchaser as a result of such entry or

; removal. Purchaser agrees to notify Seller in writing promptly
upon taking possession of the premises af ter the date hereof
of the presence of any such trademark items or identification
signs on the premises.
Purchaser is warned that any storage tank(s) in-
cluded in this sale may contain explosive gases, and may
,
have been used for the storage of motor fuels containing
tetraethyl lead or other anti-knock compounds which have made
such tank(s) unfit for the storage of water or any other -
article or commodity intended for human or animal consump- ~ s
tion; and Purchaser expressly agrees not to use or permit the
use of such tank(s) for said.purposes.
In consideration of the price at which said equip-
ment is sold, effective from and after the date hereof, Pur-
chaser by the acceptance of this Bill of Sale releases,

' indemnifies and-agrees to save harmless Seller from and against
any and all claims and liability, causes of action at law or
in equity for loss, damage or injury (including death) to
persons and property (including but not by way of limitation,
Purchaser and the agents, servants, employees and representa-
tives of Purchaser and the property of any of them, arising frora
