Beginning at the intersection o~ the $astern B/W Line oY U.3.
Hwy. #1 and the Northern R/11 Line of Indian Hills Dr. Thenc~
along said 8/W Line of U.S. Hwy. #1 N. 0 degrees-40' -50"-W ;
163.17' to an iron, thence N. 89 degrees -05' 04" 183' to
a point, thence S. 0 degrees 39' 00" W. 168.37' ± to a point
on the Northern It/W Line of Indian Sills Dr, thence West along
said It/W Line 180.0' to the point of Beginning.
Being a part of that certain tract of land as described in that
certain deed by and between $dna Glantz and Seymour Glantz and
Humble Oil & Refining Company (now Bx.aon Corporation) dated
April 1, 1963 and recorded in Book 60, Page 123 - 124, Deed ;
Records, St. Lucie County, Florida.
