cash in hand paid by BERT V. ADAMS and ELIZABETH KIESSEL, whose

hereinafter called "Grantee" (whether one or more), the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged and the sum of Sixty-Seven
Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty-Five and No~100 Dollars ($67,725.00)
to be paid by Grantee in accordance with one certain Promissory
Note for that amount of even date with the effective date hereof,
~ayable to the order of Grantor as therein specified on or
~efore five ( 5) years from the effective date hereof, bearing
~ interest at the rate of Ten Percent (10~) per annum, and being
I secured by a Mortgage of even date with the effective date -

hereof, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
' said Grantee, subject to the reservations, covenants, conditions
and restrictions hereinafter set forth, all that certain tract or
parce~ of land situated in the City of Ft. Pierce, County of

This conveyance is made by Grantor and accepted by
Urant~e sub,ject to all valid and subsisting encumbrances, leases,
conditians, covenants, restrictions, reservations, exceptions,
rights of way and easements of record, including the building
and zoning ordinances, all la~rs, regulations and restrictions
by municipal or other g~vernmental authority applicable ~o and
. enforceable against the above described premises.
