Texas 77002, the sum of Sixty-Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred
Twenty-Five and No/100 Dollars ($67,725.00) with interest from
date at the rate of Ten Percent (10~) per annum, both principal
and interest payable at Houston, Texas.
The principal of this Promissory Note is due on or
before five (5) years from t-he date hereof and is payabZe in
five (5) equal annual installments of Thirteen Thousand, Five
Nundred Forty-Five and No~100 Dollars ($13,545.00) each, the first

installment being due and payable on or before one year from the

additional payments, without penalty, is expressly granted. Interest

the holder hereof may be entitled by law.
