O R D E R '
This cause came on to be heard upon Stipulation entered
into by the parties and-their respective counsel of record herein;
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, there-

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -

~ ' l. Commencing February 4, 1974, and on the 4th day of

; each and every month thereafter the Husband, Marvin Moline DeBolt,

shall pay to the Wife, Judith H. DeBolt, the sum of $200 per
child, making a total of $400 for the support of the minor children
named in the Final Judgment herein. Each payment shall be made to
the Clerk of-the Circuit Court and by him remitted promptly to
.
Judith H. DeBolt. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum
of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
. Clerk. All payment5 shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties shall keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect. Payments by the Husband for the
~ support of the minor children shall continue until each of the
said children reaches majority, marries, becomes self-supporting
or dies, whichever event occurs''first.
2. The Husband, Marvin Moline DeBolt, shall have the
right to reside in the dwelling located at 4016 Greenwood Drive.
