H. DeBolt and the minor children vcacate said premises on or
befo~e February 18, 1974, until January 31, 1975 unless the
property above described has been sold prior to said date.
During the time of occupancy by the Husband he shall make the
monthly mortgage installment payments upon the property and pay
the real estate taxes and insurance on the dwelling located on
said property when all of the same become due and before they

become delinquent. T'he Husband shall maintain~the yard and
dwelling during his occupancy and shall permit the house and

3, That the said dwelling and property located at 4016
Greenwood Drive, Ft. Pierce,.Florida shall be placed on the market

and shall be sold for not less than $50,000 unless the parties ~
hereto mutually agree in writing to a lesser sum.
4. On February 1, 1975, in the event the dwelling and
property located at 4016 Greenwood Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida has
not been sold, then in that event the Husband, Marvin Mcline DeBolt, ~
shall remove himself therefrom and the house shall remain vacant
until sold, with the furniture and furnishings located therein
