5. The Husband, Manan Moline DeBolt, has the right to

purchase the one-half interest of the Wife, Judith H. DeBolt, at `
any time prior to the sale of the dwelling to a third person, based
upon a consideration of $50,000, less the outstanding mortgage at
the time of the consummation of the sale by the Wife of her
interest to the Husband.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
7. That all other terms,~provisions and conditions of
the Final Judgment heretofore entered in this cause shall remain
