gaged property. Any obligation upon the makers or the Mortgagors
to pay charges, expenses and fees shall not constitute a claim for
a separate action apart from the extinquishment of the debt by =
virtue of foreclosure of the said property and the Mortgagee does `
hereby waive any right for suit upon this note by abandonment of
the mortgage.
