ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT We, LUCILLE
V. COSTA, joined by her husband, GEORGE A. COSTA, parties
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dol- ~
lars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, received Y
from or on behalf of GARDEN STATE NATIONAL BANK, 170 Main ~
Street, Hackensack: New Jersey 07601, party of the s~c~.d
part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these pre~~'
sents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
the said party_ of t}ie se-cond part that certain Lease Agree-
ment bearing date the 25th day of October, 1972, between
LUCILLE V. COSTA, as Lessor, and SAINT LUCIE ENTERPRISES, ~
INC., a Florida corporation, as~Lessee, upon the following
described piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The South 500 feet of Tracts C, D,~E; and
G of CORAL COVE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE,
lying in Section 25, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, recorded in Plat Book 11, page
30 A& B, St. Lucie County; Florida, containing ~
9.662 acres, as more fully described in the
Survey of Surveying Services of Florida, Inc.
dated 9/12/72, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", :
J~ together with the right to the unobstructed
use of the Atlantic Ocean water front which ~
comprises the East boundary thereof, subject
to the rights , if any , of the pub lic and ~ all
state and governmental agencies to said water
front. '
' This Assignment of Lease is given as additional
~ collateral security by parties of the first
part to party of the second part, and the rents,
; issues and profits paid to Lucille V. Costa, as
F Lessor, under said Lease by Saint Lucie Enterprises,
z Inc., Y,essee under said Lease, shall be subject to
~ the lien of the Garden State National Bank mort-
s - gage only in the event of default of the primary ,
s obligation of George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, _
~ his wife, to said Bank.
