MEMORANDA OF LEASE
IN RE: The South 500 feet of Tracts C, D, E, F and
, G of CORAL COVE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE,
lying in Section 25, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, recorded in Plat Book 11, page 30 A ~
& B, St. Lucie County, Florida, containing
9.662 acres, as more fully described in the
Survey of Surveying Services c~f Florida, Inc.
dated 9/12/72, attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
together with the right to the unobstructed use
of the Atlantic Ocean water front which com-
ptises the East boundary thereof, subject to
the rights, if any, of the public and all state
and governmental agencies to said water frong.
~ This is to acknowledge a certain Lease Agreement dated ~
October 25, 1972, between LUCILLE V. COSTA, as Lessor, and
ST. LUCIE ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation, as Lessee,
covering the above described property. The initial term of
said Lease covers the period from December 1, 1973, and end- •
i ing November 30, 1993.
