RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY
KNOW ~LL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~"hat whereas, it ia proposed, f
by St. Lucie Cour~ty to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a countv road and/or a drainage ditch in eaid Countys and;
WHEREI~S, a portion of the lands i~volved and.neceasary to said :
road and/or ditch is subject to a mort~a~ie ~
held by the undersigned; and, _
WHEREI~S, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County ir? and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter deseribed.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable_considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbran~e to the property rights of St. Lucie
- County to locate, construct, maintain and /or improve said road and/
or ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the followinq described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
i East 10 feet of IAt 39, ItII~ER OAK ESTATES as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 16, page 5 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida
