by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve

wHERE1~S, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made ~
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property

hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of
the premises and one dollar and other gQod and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby aCknowledged, the undersigned
