FLORIDA CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTLST as the Grantor
and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Flori~ia, as the Grantee .
WITNESSETH: 'I~at the Grantor, in~consideration of the sume of One Dollar and
other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
• grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way
for the purpose of clearing, excavating, .constructing and ma.intaining outfall and drainage
ditches and drains in, upon and through the followi.ng described land in St . Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
