WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, in-consideration of the sum of One
Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is
hereby acknow-ledged~ hereby gra~t unto the Gra~toe, its successors and
assigns, a perpetual easement a~d right of way for the purpose of clear-
ing, excavating, constructing and maintaining nutfatl and drainage
