KNOW !?LL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: T'hat whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to Iocate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and;
WHERE~S. a portion of the lands involved and neceasary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to a MoR~GS ~
held by the undersigned; and, ~
WHERE~S, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made a
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property ?
rights oE St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises ~
hereinafter described. '
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of ;
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera- ~
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the underaigned
