Plaintiff in this case testifies that he had rented a room from the •

room was rented to another, The defendant had a duty to inform the plaintiff ;

if his room was to be rented and protect his merchandise contained therein. ~

It is obvious to the Court' that this was not a nightty rental but a more
permanent arrangment for occupancy.
