FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 29tn day of January, A.D.
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter af this suit; and that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: j
~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LOUIS H. ;

NADEAU and LYNNE ANDREWS NADEAU be, and the same is hereby, dissolved,
~
and teh parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob-
ligations arising therefrom..
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorpor~ted herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and of the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper.
