Z'his cause came on for trial the day of ,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration all the ;

~ evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of

~ the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
~

~ of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; and that the '
a
~
~ marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
~ '
~ be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM
~ R. DeLaPORTE, Husband, and SANDY K. DeLaPORTE, Wife, be and the
~
~ same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
~ -
;f hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing be- -
tween them and from the obligations atising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of BILLY JOE DeLaPORTE, age 2 months,

° and BOBBY JOE DeLaPORTE, age 2 months, the two minor children of ~
the parties is hereby awarded to SANDY K. DeLaPORTE with reason-
able visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM R. DeLaPORTE.
