1974, WILLIAM R. DeLaPORTE shall pay to SANDY K. DeLaPORTE the
,sum of .$10.00 per week per child for the support of the minor
children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to SANDY K. DeLaPORTE. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order, or cashier's~check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence address at all times whi2e this
Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The Separation Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.-
