REFORMATION OF MORTGAG~ DESCRIPTION
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of ,
1974, by and between CHARLES R. SEXTON, individually and as~
Trustee, and ELEA~VOR G. SEXTON, his wife, hereinafter designated
as "MORTGAGOR"; and LOtiiAX GWATNI?iEY, hereinafter designated as
"r10RTGAGEE"; and,
WHEREAS, said Mortgagor has heretofore executed and
• delivered a mortgage to said blortgagee, dated November 1, 1973, •

recorded in Official Record Book 220, page 1274, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the principal sum of
Three Hundred and Ninety Thousand Dollars ($390,000.00),
encumbering property described in said mortgage; and,
WHEREAS, said description is in error and the property
intended to be covered by said mortgage is as hereinafter set
forth; and,
WHER~AS, it is the desire of all the parties hereto that•

= NOk, THEREFORE, it is, for good and valuable considera-

tions, hereby mutually agreed and said mortgage be, and the

~ same is hereby reformed to the extent that the property covered

° by said mortgage is correctly described as follows, to-wit:

~ Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 34 South, Range
~ 39 East, less and excepting therefrom all right of ways
~ for public roads and drainage canals as shown on plat
> made by Florida East Coast Realty Company and recorded
z in Plat Book 2, page 7, public records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida; and ALSO

a Beginning at Northeast Corner of Southeast QuarLer of
Southeast Quarter, Section 3; Township 34 South, Range
~ 39 East, run South 681.65 feet; thence Westerly to a
point 676.8 feet South of Northwest corner of Southeast
Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence run :Vorth 676.7
_ feet; thence run East to point of beginning, LESS the
= East 70 feet for canal right of way. _

~ TOGETHER WITH the crop of citrus fruit now on the trees.

~ The parties hereto further covenant arid agree that all
~ terms and conditions of said mortgage and note dated November 1,
