Book 203, Page 1332, tmortgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL &1NK OF MILWAUKEE and as-
signs, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of
the sum of Two Million Two tiundred Thousand DolZars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as
therein caentioned and:

Book 21S, Pages 1307-1314 inclusive, mortgaged~unto FIRST WISC0~ISIN NATIONAL BANK and
assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand ltao Hundred Dollars ($180,200.00) ~rith inter-
est as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION has requested the said
FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE~to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgages:
NaW THEREFORE: KNOW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MIUdAUKEE
in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
Zedged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and op-
eration of said mortgage unto t~e said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs
and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-

effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said
