Grantee (s) acknovledge (s) that he hus read the Declnration oP Condominium,
and the amend~ent thereto us recorded iri Official Recorda Book 198, pFSge 996,
Articles of Incargoration, ~y-Laws and Ninety-?~ine Year Lease, and the amendment
thereto as recorded in Otficia?1 fiecords Book 198, puge 1093, described in the fore-
going warranty Deed; understands that each and every provision of the foregoing
documents is made for the benefit of all oxners of the Condominium and is essential
to the successfl~l operation and ~anagement of said Condominlum property; coveaants
for himself, his heirs, successors and assigns forever to abide by each snd every
provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-Lavs and Ninety-Nine
Year Lease Agreement; and f~rther agrees to p~y the Mortgage, if aqy, described in
the foregoing Deed. Grantee (s} flu~ther consent (s) to the said Declaration of Con-
dominium being hereafter succe~sively amended by the submission to condominium oWner- ~
ship of additional lands upon which tcro ad~itioc:rl Ap3rtmeat Buildings shall be
located; the ftrst such additionsl Apartment Bui?ding to be desigaated as Seascppe
III, and the second such additional BuiZding to be designated as Seascape N. Upon
Seascape III being submitted to Condominium ovners~ip, the Grantee (s) agree (s) that
the undivided share and certain interest in the Condominium property and in the com-
mon elements appurtenant to the Condominium unit herein conveyed, and the prnportional
share of the common expenses for vhich the Grnntee (s) shall be liable, shall be
reduced from 10.9 x to X; and upon Seascape N being submitted to
Coadom3nium oanership Grantee s agree (s) that the undivided share and certaia interest
