~fADE by the tuidersigned Developer, for itself, its successors
grantees and assigns.
The undersigned Developer, Ft. Pierce Construction Corp., a
Florida corporation, being the owner of fee simple title of record
to those certain lands located and situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

does hereby submit the said lands and improvements there to
condominium ownership pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711
of the Florida Statutes, hereinafter called the f'Condominium Act",
reserving the right to submifi additianal lands to be described in :
an exhibit to be attached hereto by appropriate amendment to -
condominium ownership in the future. _ ~
1. The name by which this condominium is to be identified

2. Definitions. The terms used in this Declaration and in ~
its exhibits, including the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws ;
of COLOIVNADES CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION N0. 8, INC., shall be
i defined in accordance with the provisions of Section 711.03 ;
; (Fla. Stat. 1973) of the Condominium Act, and as follows unless ~
