shall be the vertical planes of the undecorated finished
interior of the walls bounding the apartment extending
~ to the intersections with each other ar,d with the upper
and lower boundaries, and where there is attached to the
building a balcony, loggia, terrace or canopy, the peri -
metrical boundaries shall be exteiided to include the same.
3.5 Recreation Area. A Recreafiion Area has been leased
by the Association as agent for the apartment owners pursuant
to the provisions of a Ninety-Nine Year Lease. 19ie Recreation
Area shall be administered by the Association, and shall be
available for the use of apartment awners without discrimina _
tion and without charge except ~vhere specifically authorized
by this Declaration, except that the Association may adopt
regulations providing for charging for exclusive use of fihe
facil~ties by an apartment aaner from time to time if such
exclusive use is made available to all apartment owners. Use
of the recreational facilities shall be pursuant and subject
to the provisions of the Ninety-Nine Year Lease.
3.G~ Apartmenfis. There are two (2) apartment buildings
herecvith su mitted to condominium ownership, said apartment _
buildings are referred to as Commodore IV, consisting of twelve
(T2) apartments, and Commodore V, consisting of twelve (12)
apartments. All identified by the u se of a number, first
numeral of which shall identify the floor upon which the apart_
ment.is located and the last two numerals of whirh shall
~ identify the location of the apartment on the floor, all as
shown'graphically described on Exhibit "B" hereto.

~ 4. Appurtenances to Apartm~nts. The avner of each apartment unit
' shall own an undivided s are and certain interest ii~ the condomi»ium property,
~ W}11C}1 share and interest shall be appurtenant to the apartment unit, said
~ undivided interest in the Condominium property and common elements being as
~ designated and set forth in an Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

$ 4.1 Limited Common F.lements.

~ (a) Sto~age Space located within the building shall be
~ assigned so as to provide at least one such place to the exclusive
~ use of each apartment avner. • ~

_ (b) Automobile Parking Space. Limited common elements
_ include parking spaces. Par zng spaces shall be assigned pursuant
to the rules arid regulations of the Association so as to provide
parking for one automobile, i.e., one parking space for each apart-
ment, provided, however, in the event a specific parking space is
= assigned in connection with the sale of an'apartment unit by the
Developer, the right to use the said designated parking space
shall pass as an appurtenance to the Condominium apartment unit
~ ~ avned by the apartment cnvner to whom suc}~ space is initially
assigned, and the Association shall not thereafter reassign or
- change the said apartment avner's parking space without his
written consent, provided, further, said apartment ocuner shall not
transfer or assign the use of the said parking space except in
connection with sale of the Condominium apartment unit, and pro-
- vided further, Developer shall retain the right to assign all
- unassigned parking space until all apartments have been sold by
him. ~
