ahall be exerciaed in accordence with the provisions of the
Declaration of Condaninium and the By-Laws.
ARTICLE IV
4.1 The membere of the Association ahall conaist'of all of
the record owners of apartments in the Candaninium, hereinafter reflarred
to as "Condomtnium Unite", and-after texmination of the Condominium
shall eonsist of those who are membera at the time of auch termination,
and their suceessore and assigna. -
4.2 Membership shall be acquired by record3ng in the Public
Recoris of St. Iucie County, Florida, a deed or other instrwnent
establishing record title to a Condominium Unit in the Condominium,
the owner designated by such inetrufnent thus becaning a member of
the Assoeiation, and the memberehip of the prior owner being ther~by
terminated, provided, hawever, any party who owne more then ane
unit shall remain a member of the Aasociation so long as he shal
retain title to or a fee awnership interest in any unit.
