The affairs of the A~eociation ahall be administered by a
President, a Vice-Preaident, a Secretary and a Treasurer, and aueh
Assistant Secretariee and Asaistant Trearurere aa the Board of
Directors may from t3me to time,deaignate. Any person may hold t~o
offices, exeepting that the same peraon ahall not hold the office
of Preaident end Vice-President. Officers of the Aesociation ehnll
be elected by the Board of Directors at ite first meeting follo~ing
the annual meeting of the members of the A.osociat~a~, and shall
aerve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. ?he names and
addresaee of fihe officers who shall'serve until their euccessors
are deaignated by the Board of Directora are as follaws: ~

8.3 The firet electian of Directors shall not be held
until Ft. Pierce Construction Corporation, a Florida corporation
hereafter called the "Deve~oper", has closed the sales of all of the
