l. Identity. These are the By_Laws of COLONNADES COND01~lINIUM
ASSOCIATION NO. 8, INC., hereinafter called th~ "Association", a
corporation not for profit under the laws of the State of Florida,
organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711, Florida Statutes,
hereinafter referred to as the "Condominium Act".
l.l The office of the Association shall be at 1323 Bayshore
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
1.2 The fiscal year of the Associa-tion shall be the
calendar year.
1.3 The seal of the Association shall bear the name of
the corporation, the cvord "Florida", and ~vords "corporation '

not for profit", and the year of incorporafiion.
2. Members' meetings.
~ 2.1 The annual members' meeting shall be held at the

; office of the Association at 1323 Bayshore Drive , Fort

~ Pierce, on tlie second Thursday of ?~ovember of each year, for

~ the purpose of electing directors and transacting any other
~ business authorized to be t~ansacted by the members; provided,

` however, if that day is a Legal holiday, the meeting shall be
~ held at the same hour on the next day that is not a holiday.

~ 2.2 Special members' meetings shall be held whenever
